Our mission
South Africa has millions of skilled workers who struggle to find consistent, dignified work — not because they lack skill, but because they lack visibility. SkillConnect changes that.
Using a locality-first matching model, when someone needs a plumber the first call goes to a skilled plumber in their own ward. Money stays in the community. Trust is built between neighbours. And we keep the platform completely free to use — so our incentives are perfectly aligned with the communities we serve.
